• タッサ・リオ：12チームが総当たり戦で対戦しました。
• 決勝：タッサ・グアナバラとリオのチャンピオンによる2試合で対戦しました。両ステージで同じチームが勝利した場合、決勝戦は必要なく、自動的に優勝となります。
